Mediation Terms of My Holiday Reisecenter GbR
Dear Customers,
The following mediation terms become part of the mediation contract concluded between you ("Customer") and My Holiday Reisecenter GbR ("My"), whose partners are Ayfer Leylek and Cumali Leylek, regarding the holiday accommodation. The following terms also govern the contractual relationship between you and the owner/lessor with whom the contract is concluded through My's mediation. Please read them carefully.
1.1 My mediates third-party services (contracts with Lessors) and therefore acts solely as an intermediary. Section 651a (2) BGB remains unaffected.
2.1 Bookings may be made verbally, in writing, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or online.
3.1 My is authorized to collect all payments, including cancellation fees.
3.2 Unless otherwise stated, a 20% deposit is due within 10 days of booking; it is credited toward the total price.
4.1 No statutory right of withdrawal exists; however, the Lessor grants a contractual right in accordance with the following conditions. The withdrawal must be addressed to My.
4.2 Standardized cancellation fees:
5.1 In cases of unforeseeable force majeure, both parties may terminate the contract pursuant to § 651j BGB.
6.1 No refund is due for services not used due to late arrival, early departure, illness, or other reasons not attributable to the Lessor or My.
The Lessor may request a deposit as stated in the property description. The deposit arrangement exists solely between Customer and Lessor.
Customers must obtain information from the relevant authorities. My is not obligated to provide such information unless expressly agreed.
Customers must provide accurate information about all travelers, special needs, and vehicle suitability, promptly report defects in My's services or in the accommodation.
My's contractual liability under the mediation contract—except for personal injury—is limited to three times the value of the mediated service unless damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Occupancy is limited to the agreed number of persons. Unauthorized occupant changes, camping, or misuse of facilities are prohibited. The property must be left tidy and broom-clean; pets require prior approval.
Claims against My must be asserted within one month after the agreed end of stay. Certain claims (e.g., personal injury) expire after two years; all other claims after one year.
German law applies. Customers may sue My only at its registered office; My may sue at the Customer's residence or, for merchants/legal entities, at My's seat. Mandatory international provisions remain unaffected.
